 Installation Notes

  • Software can only be used on the machine it is downloaded to
  • Internet Connection - High speed internet connection required
  • The installation of J2534 pass-through device and drivers before installing RDT software is recommended
  • The following devices have been tested with RDT
    • Ford VCM-II (requires IDS license)
    • Movimento Puma 2
    • Dashbridge CX
    • Dearborn Group DPA5
    • other J2534 compatible devices should work, but you will need to contact vendor for support
  • Minimum Recommended PC Hardware Configuration:
    • Processor minimum: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86)
    • Memory minimum: 1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit)
    • Available Hard Disk Space - 200 MB
    • Windows 7 (Windows XP and earlier are not supported)
    • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or later
